I don't feel well...
I'm having a severe flu and it's really tiring me out. Any tips to manage symptoms and recover quickly?

Drink plenty of fluids like water, herbal tea, and broth. Don't underestimate the power of a good nap. Chicken soup is basically a hug in a bowl!
Get plenty of rest, stay warm, and use a humidifier to ease congestion. And watch your favorite TV shows. Laughter is the best medicine, right?
Vitamin C, zinc, and lots of honey lemon tea. Elevate your head while sleeping to reduce congestion. And remember, Netflix and chill... literally.
