How to prevent spreading

My whole family has the flu. What's the best way to prevent spreading it to others in the household?

Isolate the sick! Keep them in a room with their own utensils and towels. Disinfect surfaces regularly and use hand sanitizer frequently.

Open windows for ventilation and ask everyone to wash their hands frequently. Masks can also help. Think of it as an opportunity to become a ninja.

Stock up on disinfectant wipes and spray everything like you're preparing for an alien invasion. Separate sleeping arrangements and frequent hand washing are key.
